Routine Repairs

Efficiently address routine repairs by utilizing our work request system.  日常要求的例子包括:

提交工作请求

温馨提醒: 根据紧急程度对工作请求进行优先排序. Urgent matters are attended to on the same day they are reported, while routine requests may take several days or weeks to address, 视情况而定.

If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding the status of your work order, 请电邮设施 .

需要修改提交的工作请求?  Simply email facilities with the work order ID (WOID) number and the required changes.  Please refrain from submitting another work request for alterations.

Urgent Repairs

Urgent repairs encompass situations demanding immediate attention to prevent severe injury or property damage. These include:

• Power failures
• 水从排水管中回流

The Jackson College Facilities staff want to ensure that your event is enjoyable, productive, and safe.  The Facilities department is responsible for setup and breakdown of the chairs, tables, etc. for events.

Snow Removal Plan

What type of product is used in the winter for snow and ice removal?

Winter Safety

The Facilities Department prioritizes the safety of everyone on campus during the winter season. Here are additional precautions you can take to ensure your safety:

1. Maintain three points of contact while stepping out of your vehicle.

Walking:

1. Plan your walking routes and stick to cleared and treated surfaces whenever possible.

5. Wear gloves to keep hands warm and available for better balance.
